- Perform receptionist’s duties including greet and direct all visitors, sorts and distribute incoming mail to staff and manage outgoing mails and packages
- Performs general administrative duties: Order and maintain relevant office supplies: stationary & business card, brochures… for effectiveness of personal duties, make sure office facilities are maintained in efficient, convenient and cost-effective manner
- Arrange travelling for staff including: book airlight ticket, arrange transportation; reserve hotel and accommodation …
- Maintain the workability for the office, including: office cleanliness and orderly, office security, plants/flowers arrangement and office equipment
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by the manager.

- Final year student preferably with background in English, Business Administration, Clerical Office or a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese and good oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and change priorities as needed
- Time management and organizational skills are required, ability to meet designated deadlines is a critical qualification
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook
