CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform receptionist’s duties including greet and direct all visitors, sorts and distribute incoming mail to staff and manage outgoing mails and packages
- Order and maintain relevant office supplies: stationary & business card, brochures…
- Book airlight ticket, reserve hotel and accommodation…
- Maintain the workability for the office, including: office cleanliness and orderly, office security, plants/flowers arrangement and office equipment
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by the manager.
- Final year student preferably with background in English, Business Administration, Clerical Office or a relevant field
- Ready to work full-time
- Honesty, hardworking, careful
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook
