Client Engagement & Service
- Providing excellent, high level client service; meeting your client’s expectations and exceeding them wherever possible.
- Assisting clients with queries and guidance in relation to accounting software, bookkeeping, payroll, GST and general matters
- Following up clients for relevant documentation to complete job
- Anticipate client needs and search for ways to improve client service, including individual responsibility to embrace diverse needs
- Meeting preparation and follow up
Compliance
- Compliance with GST tax law at all times
- Compliance with payroll legislation
- Completion of Electronic working papers
- Complete designated duties efficiently and to a high quality standard
- Day to day tasks completed with 100% accuracy and tasks checked off weekly with Client Services Manager
- Planning and regular review is required ensuring that all tax lodgement and other compliance dates are met
- Review weekly workflow schedule and complete jobs allocated for the week in the prescribed order
- Report to Client Services Manager each week, a list of your previous week’s work, jobs completed, bottlenecks & turnaround time
- Strict adherence to the firm’s client confidentiality policies

- Continually maintain and develop positive relationships with partners, managers and colleagues
- Play an active role in team activities and staff meetings to achieve organisational objectives

Training
- Attending inhouse training
