1. Source, screen, and connect with TikTok KOC/KOL creators across the Vietnam market. 

2. Organize creator databases and update creator information sheets according to campaign and brand requirements. 

3. Follow up on the creator collaboration process, including communication, sample delivery, posting schedules, and content submission timelines. 

4. Assist in reviewing creator briefs and TikTok video content, while providing timely feedback and revision suggestions. 

5. Track creator posting progress, maintain strong creator relationships, and improve overall collaboration efficiency. 

6. Support the collection and analysis of TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor activities within the beauty and skincare industry. 

7. Prepare and organize daily work progress reports and collaboration summaries. 

8. Assist in managing comment sections and monitoring user feedback when required.

1. English proficiency sufficient for daily working communication 

2. Active TikTok user with strong interest in beauty and skincare content 

3. Basic understanding of influencer marketing and TikTok creator ecosystems 

4. Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and execution ability 

5. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility 

6. Familiar with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other basic office tools 

7. Previous experience in TikTok BD, MCN, influencer collaboration, or creator management is preferred
