- Daily follow-up with Vietnamese suppliers and factories
- Monitoring raw material arrivals and production status
- Tracking multiple purchase orders across multiple suppliers
- Maintaining Excel-based operational tracking systems
- Preparing weekly reports for management and customers
- Supporting English/Vietnamese communication and translation
- Following up on invoices, shipping documents, and production updates
- Communicating with Canada/USA-based customers and internal departments
- Supporting the Managing Director with business and Vietnamese-language matters
- Exceptional English communication skills: The candidate must be able to communicate professionally in English, assist with translation during business meetings, write clear business emails, and work directly with native English-speaking executives and international customers.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management skills: The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining complex Excel tracking sheets, reports, templates, dashboards, and operational systems for multiple suppliers, SKUs, purchase orders, containers, invoices, and production schedules.
- Outstanding attention to detail: The candidate must be highly organized and able to catch errors, identify inconsistencies, verify figures, and ensure that operational data is accurate.
- International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
