– Gather pain points from stakeholders
– Analyze business pain points under line manager’s guidance to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
– Utilize communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
– Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
– Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback, and make necessary refinements
– Fresh graduates or having less than 1 year of experience in related fields.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down problems and generate feasible solutions
– Having knowledge of UI/UX and be able to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points
– Able to prioritize tasks
– Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
– Tech-savvy person who loves to experience new features and tools
