The CRM Lifecycle and Ecosystems Team is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that touch multiple aspects of the business. Our marketing initiatives play an integral role in ensuring the commercial success of our stakeholders.
As a CRM Campaign Management Associate, you’ll play a key role in the planning and execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns for the brands that operate on Shopee. In this role, you’ll be in the driver's seat, advising brands on how to best leverage Shopee’s extensive customer base to help them achieve their commercial goals.
As the technical project owner, you’ll develop an extensive knowledge base of key CRM concepts, that will help you unlock each brand’s potential. Leveraging this knowledge, you’ll design campaigns with specific objectives that range from acquiring new buyers to driving commercial performance. These projects will require extensive partnering with our cross-functional teams, from Business Development to Operations.
Main Responsibilities:
– Execute basic CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and targeted promotions.
– Learn and apply customer segmentation principles.
– Support the team in gathering and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
– Assist in the preparation of campaign reports and presentations.
– Learn to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
– Assist in identifying areas for campaign improvement based on data analysis.
– Stay updated on the latest CRM marketing trends and best practices.
– Data lovers, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into data to make meaningful recommendations
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
– Self-motivated and high degree of curiosity
– Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
– Experience in project management
