1. Be a Category Executive in MT:
- Channel Development by coordinate with MKT team to explore exclusive imported products for top MT customers.
- Coordinate with GAMs/OTEs in implement, monitoring execution following plan accordingly.
- Support Sales Team & MKT keep tracking, Shoppers behavior for new launching products and competitive products in the market to analyze market trend.
- Co-ordinate with Trade TMKT, MKT & Sales to develop POSM, TOT, promotion gift, in store media, market materials, etc. for MT. to increase brand presence in store.
2. E-Commerce development:
- Sales Operation for E-com business (Sales tracking & follow up PO with Customers & SO, closely corporate with LD&T, FIN to follow delivery, payment,…)
- Follow up E-Com bundle SKUs process to strengthen & diversify E-com portfolio
- Upgrade “Shop in Shop & Landing page” of PepsiCo Foods on E-commerce to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance at E-com channel.
- Work closely with Platform on promotion scheme and follow with MKT team to develop content, drive media traffic support campaign on E-commerce.
- Analyze the result on Sales, ROI of each campaign report to CDM, OTM & Regional team.
- Working closely with Regional team for e-commerce best practices sharing and get advice for Viet Nam market.
- A&M Spending Tracking v.s. Budget of E-com to guarantee payment on time for Campaign Packages to Platform.
3. OT academy:
- Organize with OT team to register the topic training/coaching for Sales Rep.
- Organize the training schedule, prepare the documents for training, idea for gift, game related to training topic.
- Coordinate with Sales Team to develop & keep updating MT toolkits support for Sales Rep
4. Others:
- Monitor & control A&M push OT budget spending and other Channel Development administration works.
- Other tasks requested by line manager
· University graduation in Economics, Commerce, or related field.
· At least 1 year of experiences in the field of Trade Marketing/ Organized Trade/ E-Commerce.
· Good analytical and data processing skills in sales and trade marketing management.
· Design skill (AI, PTS), High creativity and passionate person.
· Above average oral & written communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
· Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration.
· Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
