• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management;
• Maintain and update customer databases and records;
• Support client communication via email and other correspondence channels;
• Edit and format documents before sending them to clients;
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and industry trends;
• Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner or direct supervisors.
• Available to work full-time.
• Able to handle information with professionalism and confidentiality;
• Willing to learn with a positive working attitude;
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Basic organizational and multitasking skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field;
