We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern Client Service / Junior Trader to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international trade, client management, and logistics. As part of the Junior Trader department, you will play a key supporting role in daily operations while learning valuable industry skills that will set the foundation for a successful career in trading and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze logistics reports (e.g., stock and sea shipment reports) and provide key insights to Junior Traders.
- Monitor and track the status of open invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Input data related to ongoing commercial deals into internal systems.
- Lead the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for new clients, managing document requests and coordinating with the Compliance team.
- Prepare shipment documentation, including packing lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), and other necessary trade documents.

- Experience: Previous internship or experience in client service management, international trade, or logistics is a plus.
