Consultant, Corporate and Business Advisory

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to join our Advisory team. The Consultant will support our local and international clients, particularly foreign-invested enterprises, in establishing, maintaining and expanding their business operations in Vietnam. The role covers a combination of incorporation, investment and enterprise licensing, corporate secretarial, regulatory compliance, and general corporate advisory services.

Job Descriptions: 

- Support other assignments, projects, and emerging service areas as required.

- Monitor relevant changes in Vietnamese investment, enterprise and licensing regulations and assist in communicating regulatory developments to clients;

- Liaise with government authorities, clients and relevant third-party service providers throughout the above processes;

- Assist clients with ongoing corporate, investment and business changes, including amendments to relevant licenses, registrations and regulatory approvals;

- Monitor ongoing corporate compliance requirements and filings;

- Prepare, maintain and update clients’ corporate records and statutory documentation;

- Assist newly established companies with post-incorporation and initial compliance requirements, including preparation of corporate records, registrations, notifications and statutory procedures;

- Prepare applications and supporting documents for investment, enterprise, business and other required licenses and regulatory approvals;

- Assist with the incorporation of foreign-invested and local enterprises, branches, representative offices and other forms of commercial presence in Vietnam;

- Conduct research on market-entry, foreign ownership, investment conditions and licensing requirements to support clients’ business and investment structures in Vietnam;

- Professional, proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

- Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills;

- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail;

- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese;

- Good knowledge of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, and Investment Law;

- Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate service providers, professional service provider, law firms or foreign-invested enterprises; 

- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Business Law / International Business / Business Administration.
