Sales & Partner Coordination

- Prepare sales materials, project brochures, and legal forms for cooperation agents as needed.

- Assist the Manager in scheduling online/onsite meetings with partners.

- Arrange meetings/logistics when partners visit Portugal, Greece, etc.

- Regularly follow up with international agents regarding sales activities.

Marketing Support

- Work with the marketing team to update promotional materials or social media content tailored for cooperation agents (e.g., webinars, seminars).

- Prepare and manage marketing email campaigns via Mailchimp, including content preparation, list management, design, scheduling, and basic reporting.

Reporting

- Prepare summary reports of active deals or leads from cooperation sources for Managers

- Assist with other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Working hours

- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM

- Flexible hours due to the condition of work

Working location: 2nd Floor, Kova Center, 92H-92G Nguyen Huu Canh St, Thanh My Tay Ward, HCMC

- Male candidates preferred

- Educational level: Fresh graduate/ Senior Year (4th year) in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

- Intermediate English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above).

- Strong Microsoft Office, PowerPoint in particular, research, and presentation skills.

- Positive thinking, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and with strong problem-solving skills

- Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion, efficiently and effectively
