Shopee CRM is part of an Online marketing team with 20+ members who are in charge of converting new users, retaining buyers, and growing their wallet share.
CRM New User Initiative’s responsibility is planning and executing user acquisition tactics to grow the Shopee user base. The main scope of work:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, Creative, Online Marketing, BI) for smooth project execution.
– Support team in creating quarterly/monthly plans and identifying key tasks.
– Learn to analyze big data to draw key insights for user experience improvement.
– Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
– Assist in development and execution of new user acquisition campaigns.
– Support the implementation of CRM automation tools.
– Experience in campaign execution and project management
– Data-driven and demonstrated analytical mindset
– Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
– Experience with creative briefing is a plus
– Experience with CRM is preferred: Familiarity with CRM framework, cohorts, and segmentation (acquisition / retention / churn lapse prevention)
– Strong problem solving & stakeholder management skills
