- Manage a certain amount of incoming online requests (emails, messages), and reviews from customers professionally and courteously (100% English);
- Handle customer complaints, provide best solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Complying with practical procedures and timely reports to internal team and management;
- Perform occasional tasks as requested;
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have a strong command of English with certified skills, especially reading and writing;
- Have a proactive and meticulous personality. Quickly identify problems, provide solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures;
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service in Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is a plus;
- AI-first mindset in problem solving;
- A strong command of English (>= IELTS 6.5 or equivalent certificates);
- Able to wear many hats and organize day-to-day tasks with appropriate priorities;
