● Support Customer Service Executive on customer service activities. 
● Support to ensure the customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely 
manner. 
● Support to handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and 
service standard. 
● Coordinate with the sales team, other internal teams, suppliers to ensure the product 
quality and customers’ requirements are met. 
● Assist other team members and provide support and report to Supervisor.

● Final-year students or fresh graduates. 
● Proficiency in ENGLISH, the addition of Chinese -Mandarin, is an advantage. 
● Proactive and good follow-through skill. 
● Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
● Attention to details. 
● Well-organised, practical-minded and able to prioritize a busy and varied workload.
