- Respond to inquiries and proactively contact customers via multiple channels to provide product information and introduce promotions.

- Receive and process orders in SAP, update order status, print delivery documents, and manage returned orders or monthly closing.

- Handle complaints regarding quality or delivery, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to resolve issues, enhance customer experience, and report problems to the Supervisor.

- Support the team during peak periods, maintain product knowledge, create internal orders, and perform other duties as assigned.

- Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.

- Undergraduate student, requires a Recommendation Letter from the University.

- Clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues; positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Strong English communication skills.
