- Manage large amounts of incoming messages.
- Follow up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases.
- Letting customers know about additional products or services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, complaints, and file documents.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Prefer to work 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. or 6 a.m to 2 p.m (due to the need to work with clients in the U.S)
Monthly Allowance: 6,000,000 VND + Night shift allowance
Work mode: Onsite
Working time/ days: Nightshift: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. or 6 a.m to 2 p.m, Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays scheduled per month on alternating weeks.
