Customer Service and Relationship Management: Provide the highest level of customer service at all times and in all communications. This often involves acting as a liaison point between the client, insurer and treatment facility, including:

• Claims and direct billing support
• Handling client’s queries and request via multiple channels (emails, inbound calls, chat apps)
• Handle applications, contracts and VATs
• Manage renewal and next payment notices
• Client communications
• Assisting advisor team as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

• Strong English in all skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Hardworking, proactive and a fast learner
