- Proactively contact customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates to the Customer Database.
- Receive, review, and handle customer requests related to Customs Declaration Forms (CDFs) and clearance documentation.
- Support communication with customers and process adjustments to clearance‑related surcharge invoices.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents to Customs authorities to facilitate timely shipment release and compliance with regulatory requirements.
