• Create ideas for internal and external activities for the HR department
• Participate in organizing company events such as Happy Hour, Internal Sharing, Internal Training, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events.
• In charge of internal design posts, use basic editing tools to create materials for internal communication (video, image, docs…)
• Employer Branding: manage company’s Facebook & Tiktok Channel: create ideas, shooting, and editing…; post & public company activities to build company brand & employer branding
• Support other HR daily operations (administration tasks, documents and files…)
