• Assist in Recruitment and Hiring
• Assist in Employee Orientation, On-Boarding
• Assist in Employee Trainings
• Expatriate support and travel arrangements
• Other related ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
• Assist HR related tasks and communication and / or travel to VT factories
• Report to the Employee Relations Manager

Working hours:

• Mon-Friday 9am-6pm (flexible – 40-hour work week)
• Incidental weekend work might occur

• Degree in HR or a related field, or a recent graduate with some HR experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
