Job Description:

1. Strategize and plan for employer branding activities on both online and offline channels
2. Work closely with functions to produce engaging employer branding social media content
3. Plan and create content on social media and other channels to build strong employer branding for Shopee.
4. Build and execute social media campaigns through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
5. Drive continual optimization of employer branding and communication initiatives by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
6. Work closely with universities to promote Shopee brand image among students with engagement activities i.e. sponsorship, career fair, industry seminar
7. Other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Good university degree
2. Have experience in Employer Branding, or Marketing (Social Media) preferred
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English
4. Experience in copywriting and able to deliver creative digital content i.e. article, image, and video
5. Familiar with designing tools is a plus
6. Creative thinker with high enthusiasm for your work
7. Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities
