1. Ensure Compliance with Standards - Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn:

- Verify factory and supply chain compliance with key standards (e.g., Higg Fem, ZDHC, ISO14001…) and Vietnam laws (Environmental).

Kiểm tra nhà máy và chuỗi cung ứng tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn chính (ví dụ: Higg Fem, ZDHC, ISO 14001…) và luật Việt Nam (Môi trường).

- Confirm documents match on-site practices and meet legal and client requirements.

Xác minh tài liệu khớp thực tế tại chỗ và đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp lý, khách hàng.

- Trace product origins to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainability.

Theo dõi nguồn gốc sản phẩm để đảm bảo nguồn cung đạo đức và bền vững.

- Inspect sites and interview staff to identify policy-practice gaps.

Kiểm tra tại chỗ và phỏng vấn nhân viên để phát hiện chênh lệch chính sách-thực tế.

2. Conduct Internal Assessments - Thực hiện đánh giá nội bộ:

- Conduct assessments of factory operations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Đánh giá hoạt động nhà máy về tuân thủ các yêu cầu về môi trường.

- Identify issues and provide reports with solutions.

Phát hiện vấn đề và đưa ra báo cáo kèm giải pháp.

- Share reports with factory management and update ERP with assessment data.

Chia sẻ báo cáo với quản lý nhà máy và cập nhật dữ liệu đánh giá trên ERP.

3. Develop and Implement Corrective Plans - Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch khắc phục:

- Analyze issues with factories and create corrective plans (CAPs).

Phân tích vấn đề với nhà máy và tạo kế hoạch khắc phục (CAPs).

- Follow up and report progress to clients on time.

Theo dõi và báo cáo tiến độ cho khách hàng đúng hàng.

4. Stay Updated on Rules - Cập nhật quy định:

- Monitor Vietnam laws and global standards.

Theo dõi luật Việt Nam và tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu.

- Prepare factories for assessments and COC checks, training staff as needed.

Chuẩn bị nhà máy cho đánh giá và kiểm tra COC, đào tạo nhân viên khi cần.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Law, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:

+ Internal environmental auditor at a manufacturing facility.

+ Experience working with Higg FEM or ZDHC certification/programs at factory level.

+ Environmental auditor at a third-party auditing, certification, or consulting organization.

- Understanding of production processes and supply chain.

- Practical knowledge of Environment Compliance, Vietnam Law, Higg Fem, ISO 14001, ZDHC.

- Experience with internal assessments or compliance training; COC knowledge is a plus.

- Analytical skills, strong presentation and training abilities, teamwork, and time management.

- Detail-oriented and adaptable to factory settings and client needs.

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).

- Willing to travel frequently (domestic and international).
