- Check the account balance of all company’s bank accounts;

- Update exchange rate, interest rate to CILC’s system;

- Update bank credit line, bank borrowings details to company’s system;

- Prepare funds for disbursement, expense payment;

- Prepare bank remittance orders, including domestic remittance and overseas remittance;

- Prepare bank borrowing and repayment orders;

- Contact banks for daily interest rate quotations;

- Prepare LC draft for opening LC, prepare LC amendment and LC payment and send to banks;

- Go to banks to send and receive bank documents;

- Filing bank statements and related documents orderly.

Requirements:

- Graduated in Finance or Banking, with experience in the Financial industry is a plus;

- Fluent in English with 4 skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

- Good communication, positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, thoroughness, meticulousness, have the habit of double-checking;

- Agile working style, proactive in work;

- Good office computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
