The Growth Projects role will be responsible for defining the growth trajectory and developing commercial plans for the NSS project. This role includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of seller needs with organizational capabilities and fostering growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Operations, to align growth initiatives and execute growth projects.
– Analyze and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, and pricing strategies with the support of Line Manager.
– Support the development of strategic initiatives based on data-driven insights and performance metrics, ensuring the NSS project meets short-term and long-term goals.
– Conduct monthly budget planning and tracking for the NSS project, ensuring proper allocation of resources and alignment with growth objectives with the support of Line Manager.
– Track the project performance, including cost-effectiveness, ROI, and resource allocation to ensure financial goals are met.
– Track the project’s PnL, ensuring accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, and profitability, and providing insights to the project team.
– Work on data analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement with the support of Line Manager
– Fresh graduates, preferably in Marketing, Project Management.
– Having less than one year of experience in Business Development or Marketing roles in major 3PLs (GHTK, JnT, GHN, etc) or ISV platforms (Haravan, Kiotviet, Pancake, etc) is a plus
– Good eye for detail with an analytical mindset to define risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause and effect systems.
– Good communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, and a strong background in influencing multiple stakeholders.
– Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry.
