Great digital experiences start with strong platforms. As a Product Analyst (Digital Platform / Sales Delivery), you will support digital platform, sales delivery and product improvements across app, web, and partner integration to enhance user journeys and business performance.

Customer Experience Analyst

Great customer experience starts with understanding real customer needs. As a CX (Customer Experience) Analyst, you will support CX initiatives, identify customer pain points, and work with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys across channels.

1. Data Track

• Data Analyst
  Analyze data and visualize key metrics to uncover insights, track performance, and support smart business decisions.
  Build dashboards, reports, and models using SQL, Python, Power BI, or other tools to support daily operations.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges with data.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor data pipelines to prepare high-quality data for analytics and reporting. 
  Set up data quality checks and alerting systems to ensure reliable and trustworthy data delivery. 
  Support MLOps or A/B test tasks such as feature engineering, model deployment, technical setup, data validation, and result reporting for experimentation initiatives.

• Product Specialist
  Support product launches, enhancements, campaign activities, and post-launch monitoring. 
  Monitor product, business, and campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities. 
  Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth execution, issue resolution, and performance updates.

Requirements:

• University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 with less than 2-year working experience.
• Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
• For Data Track: Foundation in SQL or other programming languages to accelerate your development faster; Passion for numbers & data analysis.
• For Commercial Track: Passion for financial products, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational performance through product and lifecycle enhancements.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
• Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
