The Housekeeping Trainee learns about Housekeeping department’s operations and related skills, works independently at certain service positions, and supports other departments to achieve department targets.
As the Housekeeping Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Learn and practice according to the training plan.
- Independently work at certain service positions.
- Support other departments’ team members to complete tasks at a high standard level.
- Assist department managers with certain administrative work.
- Adhere by the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
