- Other recruitment duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement team-building plans, company trips, and employee engagement events.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and company activities, including Career Days, Job Fairs, and other related events.
- Support the recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as arranging tests & interviews, contacting candidates, building databases, and headhunting both IT and Non-IT professionals.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Active, positive, honest, careful, hardworking, and responsible.
- Passionate about recruitment and interested in developing a general HR career.
- Personal laptop for working is required.
- Can work full-time from Monday to Friday.
- Senior students or fresh graduates majoring in Human resources, Business Administration, Business English or other business-related fields.
