Process & System (30%)
- Execute paperwork following established processes.
- Assist in updating information in the system (e.g., new hires, leaving resources, employee information).
Training & Development (20%)
- Organize offline training sessions and workshops.
- Support trainers/ speakers during training sessions and workshops.
C&B (10%)
- Handle paperwork, including drafting contracts and organizing and storing employee documents.
- Assist in checking timesheets and absence schedules.
Culture development (30%)
- Assist in organizing internal events including company trips, year-end celebrations, holidays, and quarterly team-building activities.
- Assist in developing workplace sports and social clubs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Support other HR activities to introduce fresh ideas, inspire and connect employees, and build corporate culture.
Others (10%)
- Other tasks assigned by HR Supervisor
Intern period: 6 months
Working time: full-time from Monday to Friday
