- Operate telephone system/ switchboard to relay incoming calls, take notes and handle related records and payment.
- Welcome, monitor guests and visitors.
- Oversee the meeting/ training room set-up and guest refreshment.
- Purchase and proceed payment for utilities, office supplies (as stationery, refreshment, printings, cartridges, ETC.), cleaning/ security services, gardening, parking and other administration related services. Track records and document filing.
- Arrange courier services, mail delivery and handle related payment.
- Check and observe access control system/ set up (software, access doors, access cards and lockers).
- Handle Entry registration as Building requirement and supervise vendors/ service providers.
- Carry out transportation arrangement, report check and payment.
- Perform other administrative supports.
- English and Ms. Office.
- Communicate Effectively.
- Demonstrate self development and Customer Focus.
- Good in details and numeric area.
