- Assist in responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
- Shadow senior IT staff to learn diagnosis and resolution of hardware/software issues.
- Support users by guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps.
- Help categorize and process tickets in the Support Service system.
- Participate in monitoring and documenting incidents and resolutions.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes under supervision.
- Learn to apply basic security measures (OS updates, antivirus installation, log monitoring).
- Support training sessions for employees on IT tools and systems.
- Report progress and challenges to the direct supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a University/College degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Commit to 6 months internship with full-time work
Skills & Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
- Interest in virtualization (VMWare), cloud platforms (Google/AWS/Azure), or security fundamentals.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (B1 level or higher preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
