Management Trainee Program aims to create a unique and fast-paced career experience for ambitious young talents in JTI Vietnam. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop a deep understanding of our business, you will be immersed into functional areas of Marketing & Operations during 3 assignments in over the 2-year program.
· Portfolio, Brand & Trade Strategy: Support analysis, planning and implementation of portfolio/ brand activities to drive brand equity building and deliver business objectives
· Consumer & Trade Marketing: Support development and tracking of consumer & trade programs and work with functional lead to plan and drive consumer-centricity trainings for the organization
· Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence: Support development of consumer/trade researches and perform ad hoc analysis about pricing, products, programs, etc.
· Operations (Modern Trade): Support in the management of the JTI key business partners, relationship building and deliver company KPI objectives; develop commercial strategies and action plan per key business partners.
· Operations Business Development (General Trade): Support in growing the business by identifying and developing appropriate operations leads and training programmes to the Field force and will also be exposed in projects related to Route to market (RTM).

At the end of 24 months after 3 assignments, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role in Marketing & Operations function which best suits your qualifications and career aspirations.
SELECTION PROCESS
· Online Application & Phone Interview: 05/11 – 31/12/2021. You will receive a feedback from JTI within 2 weeks after the application deadline
· Online Aptitude Test: 01/12 – 07/01/2022
· Business Case Challenge: 10/01/2022 – 14/01/2022 (full 1 day)
· 1-week Team Challenge & Final Interview: 17/01/2022 – 21/01/2022
· Job Offer: Before 01/02/2022
· On Boarding: 01/03/2022
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduated with Bachelor or Masters degree with Economics/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration or other relevant majors, and less than 2 years of work experience
· Minimum GPA from 3.0 or equivalent
· Good commercial, analytical, and entrepreneur mindset
· Proactive, resilient, curious and open to feedback
· Attention to details and highly self-discipline
· Ample experiences in leading at work or/and school projects
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong interpersonal & communication skill and proven team player
· Project management skills
· Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
· Good writing, presentation and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
· Vietnamese nationality only
· Be willing to relocate domestically within Vietnam or internationally
