- Perform tasks as requested by Supervisors and the Director.
- Report on the quality and progress of work to Supervisors and the Director.
- Manage customer documents and records.
- Coordinate with the Community team to assist customers in acquiring office spaces.
- Prepare contracts and appendices as per customer requirements.
- Monitor customers and address their inquiries about the company’s office rental services.
- Receive enquiries, advise customers interested in renting the company’s office spaces (send brochures, quotes, images of shared office spaces).
- Receive information on orders, contracts, and quotation requests from customers.
- Responsible for carrying out tasks supporting customers in visiting and sharing office spaces in the company’s projects (District 1, District 2…).
- Ability to think fast and be creative.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Customer service and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Resident Retention skills.
- Market Research skills.
- Leases administration and Property Management skills.
- Preference for Students who have travelled abroad, worked in Real Estate OR Hospitality.
- Excellent English Skills, confidence in spoken English and University Degree.
