– Keep track of changes in laws, rules, and industry practices that could affect listing risk management.

– Monitor sellers’ behaviors regarding listing, video, livestream, and other activities on the platform to ensure platform compliance.

– Check listing policies to find areas that need improvement.

– Work with Team Lead to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

– Work closely with other teams to help improve crisis handling and ensure smooth and effective operations.

– In charge of Detective and Corrective control on the platform, including daily operation with system and stakeholders.

– Handle other assigned tasks from Line Manager.

– A fresh graduate with an interest in process compliance, risk management, or related fields.

– Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations.

– Potential to analyze situations, identify risks, and suggest solutions (with support from the line manager).

– Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

– Motivated to learn and contribute to results, with a proactive attitude toward tasks and responsibilities.
