– Collaborate with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
– Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
– Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
– Propose solutions or orientation to improve working methods and make systems faster.
– Under the Line Manager’s guidance and support, identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery timelines.
– Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
– Fresh graduates or have less than one year of experience in related fields.
– Basic knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
– Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
– Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
– Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
– Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
