Positions: Human Resources Intern (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding)

Responsibilities:

● Support screening candidate profiles based on recruitment criteria.

● Contact candidates, arrange interview schedules, and track interview results.

● Manage and update job postings on the company’s recruitment channels (TopCV, CareerViet, etc.).

● Prepare necessary documents for new hires during onboarding.

● Support content creation and design materials for the company’s social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build employer branding and attract potential candidates.

● Participate in organizing and executing Employer Branding activities (job fairs, company tours, etc.) as well as employee engagement programs (birthday events, Women’s Day 8/3, Vietnamese Women’s Day 20/10, Year End Party, workshops, team building, etc.).

● Perform other tasks as assigned

● Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related fields.

● Aesthetic sense with basic design and short video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

● Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and confidence.

● Detail-oriented thinking with strong organizational and time management skills.

● Proactive, eager to learn, highly responsible, and willing to support the team when needed.

● Ability to read and understand basic English documents.

● Preference given to candidates available for full-time internships.
