Collect data relating to real estate projects, legal update, infrastructure development by contacting sales agents, agencies or using personal network under the guidance of upper-level staff
Go site visit for market update
Maintain and update database
Support in producing market research reports
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Senior students
Working time: 4 days/week
Major in one of the following University studies: Real Estate Management, Accountant and Finance, Business Administration, English, or others related field
Good at English in both writing and speaking
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Passionate about developing career in Real Estate industry
Do not hesitate to call phone or talk to sales agents/ agencies to collect data information
Should have detail-oriented and logical characteristics with an open mindset
Have good communication skills
Being energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line results.
