Founded in 1999, Trails of Indochina is a Destination Management Company and Tour Operator providing tailor-made travel services for destinations within Southeast Asia. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the company has operations offices in Hue, Hanoi, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. Trails of Indochina also has an affiliate office in Singapore, China, and Indonesia, along with Sales and Marketing representatives in various countries, including Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE

Marketing Admin will handle FAM bookings, prepare marketing packages, assist with marketing campaigns, manage online platforms, and perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company through the line supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Fam & Promo

Be responsible for the following destinations and agendas

• Bhutan & Nepal & India

• China & Hong Kong & Taiwan

• Thailand & Combine with Thailand

• Singapore & Malaysia

• Small-group FAM Trips (shared responsibility with MKT Admin 1)

• Personal FAM Trips

• B2C Campaigns

*** Note: Collaborate with Writer and Designer for MKT contents (MKT program, short introduction, trip highlights, email templates, welcome letter, photo albums, slides, flyers). InDesign Input & Images by Designer

MKT Records & Team Admin

• Daily records: New Lead Generation List and Personal FAM Trip Lead

• Team Admin: Manage office supply orders, book meeting rooms, and coordinate meeting invitations

• Monitor MKT gift list for fam trips

• Provide social team with the contents for social and website posts

Platform & Travel Associates Updates

• Ensemble

• Signature

• Travel Leaders

• Mega Agencies (shared responsibility with other team members)

Others

• Monitor news@ inbox and respond within 24 hours

• Assist MKT Admin 1 with product training webinar invitations as needed

• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned by MKT Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Business Administration
• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures

EXPERIENCE

• Open for fresh graduates, training will be provided.

SKILLS

• Good written and spoken English

• Good MS Office

• Basic knowledge of InDesign and photo editing software (a plus)

• Basic knowledge of MailChimp (a plus)
