The Marketing Communication (MarCom) Intern will support the Marketing & Business Development team in implementing the firm's marketing and brand communication initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, campaign execution, and event coordination while providing exposure to the marketing activities of an international law firm.
Key accountabilities:
1. Content & Communication Execution
- Support development of communication assets for:
+ Social media (captions, posts, basic content formats)
+ Website (content, banners, basic copy)
+ Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging framework
2. Digital Marketing & Channel Support
- Assist in managing brand presence across digital channels: Social media platforms, Website, Blog Updates, E-newsletters
- Collect and report basic digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic)
3. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist in execution of integrated marketing campaigns: Campaign timeline tracking, Asset checklist management, Coordination with internal teams or external vendors/agencies
- Support on-ground execution of offline activities if applicable (events, webinar)

- Final-year undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of:
+ Marketing Communication / Brand Communication concepts
+ Digital marketing channels and content formats
+ Content marketing or PR fundamentals
+ AI knowledge/ AI tools
- Copywriting fundamentals (clarity, structure, consumer-focused messaging)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Canva Tool
- Basic analytical skills to read and summarize campaign performance data
- Good written communication in Vietnamese; basic English reading/writing ability
- Available to intern at least 3 working days per week.
