Host Company Description: This host is a small, high-end restaurant chain with locations in some of the biggest cities in the U.S. Offering 100% plant-based dining, the restaurant aims to reimagine plant-based foods, highlighting the unique flavors, textures, and experiences they have to offer. The host is seeking early-career hospitality trainees who are interested in gaining supervisor-level experience in order to further their careers. 

Position Description:

• - Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale restaurant
• - Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
• - Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities 
• - Advance management skills and supervisory duties 

To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or tourism management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date.

To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold hospitality or tourism management degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field.

Applicants must speak ADVANCED ENGLISH, have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates

Restaurant specific experience is highly preferred
