SCOPE OF WORK FOR NM INTERNSHIP:

• Shadow and Support sales team on daily work: Capex transport / Case preparation / HCP Visits / Patient Follow-up

• Support sales team on translating, logistic for T&E program/ Workshop/Documentary

• Review IFU (if applicable).

LEARNING OUTCOME FOR NM INTERNSHIP:

• Describe DBS/SCS anatomy relating to implantable systems.

• Describe how a DBS/SCS system implants and operates (including brief explanations and principles)

• Deliver a presentation about how to launch a new DBS center.

• Observe at least 1 DBS case (if applicable).

• Basic knowledge in T&E programs, workshop process

• Basic in Microsoft suite of products; especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint

• High initiative and innovative

• Enthusiasm, self-motivation and positive attitude and perform á team player.

• Proactive learner during class and actual field training.

• Ready to join in manual tasks if requested by mentor.

• Have an engineering background in a bonus point.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Strong presentation and writing skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Adaptable and independent: Effectively adjusting to changes and dealing with uncertainties in the work environment

• Creative problem solving: Analytical and able to generate new and valuable ideas and effective solutions to difficult problems.

• Ability to learn and retain new information and understand technical information.

• Responsibilities may include the abovementioned and other duties may be assigned related to the project.
