Media planning (20%)
– Research and analyze market trends to propose new growth initiatives.
– Identify potential growth opportunities to acquire new sellers/ buyers for the platform through Online Marketing channels.
– Build up the digital media plan as a solution for the business objective.
– Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable results/outcomes.
Digital Campaign Execution: (70%)
– Responsible for execution, the day-to-day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (under the guidance of line manager)
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (CPO, CPI, CPC, CPL…)
– Oversee paid traffic from online channels to ensure active user metrics and contribute to platform growth.
– Monitor audience targeting & segmentation strategies of each channel to identify opportunities for commercial growth.
– Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
– Coordinate on creation of content and design process for materials and assets of paid ads.
Report & Analytics: (10%)
– Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects.
– Coordinate with BI team to generate and daily manage performance trackers/ dashboards of paid channel campaigns.
– Other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and communication.
– Ability to analyze and be sensitive to the market.
– Understand Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and TikTok ads, increase YouTube views, optimize, run ads, Google banners, and Social channel boosting.
– Less than 1 year of experience successfully implementing marketing campaigns on online marketing channels. Love marketing and desire to stick and grow.
