- Work directly with the General Director on factory operations and process improvement projects.

- Support data collection and analysis related to production performance.

- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

- Coordinate with various departments to track progress and ensure timely reporting.

- Participate in internal meetings and prepare operational reports.

- Undergraduate student (preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields).

- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Good English communication skills.

- Eager to learn and interested in manufacturing operations.
