* Summary: This position is responsible for managing Customer Service team including Contract Management, reporting and other tasks related to customers to make sure that the team performance is smoothly operated and improved to increase customers’ satisfaction.
* Department: I&L Division specialized in:
· Hygiene Chemical Solutions
· Cleaning Tools
· Air Diffuser Systems/ Air Care
· Washrooms Hygiene Management Services
* Report to: Customer Service & System Manager
* Performance objectives:
· Work with Sales/ Business Development/ Global team from Suppliers to prepare and negotiate the contract terms with new customers.
· Check and prepare Profit & Loss based on collected database to make sure no loss on accounts.
· Ensure to renew contracts for existing customers timely to maintain the current business and increase sales for additional products.
· Liaise with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to give forecast and manage stocks/ dispensers for new accounts roll-out.
· Analyze and prepare reports based on templates or Manager’s requirements.
· Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage and escalate any issues which might impact on business in a timely manner.
· Monitor and increase the efficiency and productivity of Customer Service team to improve operational performance.
· Develop and implement E – commerce and Omni-channel sales.
· Additional responsibilities will be assigned as moving forwards.
· Confident in English communication both verbal and written skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
· Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Good judgement to make decision.
· Proactive, fast learning and self – directed.
· Well - organized and detailed oriented.
· Multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast – paced environment.
· Ability to work both in a team and independently.
· Good leadership skill would be an advantage.
