We are looking for a Product Promtion who will fully in charge of Air Condicationer for Commercial Application included: VRV, Packged, SkyAir, Controller

• Collaborate with the Product Marketing teams to develop and execute product communication plans aligned with business strategies.  

• Develop and implement promotional activities for both new and existing products.  

• Coordinate with factories in Thailand and Malaysia to develop product-related content, materials, and promotion plans for the Vietnam market.  

• Gather feedback from customers, dealers, and sales teams to continuously improve product materials and promotional activities.  

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry trend analysis to propose effective promotion strategies and activities.  

• Support new product launches, internal training programs, and product introduction events.  

• Manage and develop sales promotion tools, including catalogs, brochures, leaflets, posters, product videos, website content, and other marketing materials; collaborate with related departments to deliver promotional materials for specific campaigns and key products.  

• Manage the Solution Plaza, support customer visits, and collect customer feedback to improve the showroom experience and enhance product presentation content.  

• Analyze market data, monitor industry trends, and recommend appropriate promotion plans and communication activities to support business objectives. 

• Has a logical mindset, the ability to quickly learn and absorb new knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward developing product knowledge to effectively support work responsibilities. 

• Ability to read and comprehend English documents, and proactively keep up to date with product, technology, and market developments. 

• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese. 

• Responsibility spirit and teamwork 

• Customer centric mindset. 

• Willing to travel 

• Nice to have 

• Data analysis, MS excel skill. 

• Experience in market analysis 

• Having experience in a similar position is an advantage.
