1. Task Management
- Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Tracking project progress, monitoring timelines, and adjusting schedules as necessary.
2. Communication & Meeting Coordination
- Bridging communication between internal team members and clients. Ensuring both sides are informed and updated on any relevant issues.
- Scheduling and organizing project-related meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
3. Documentation and Resource Allocation
- Preparing and maintaining documents, including project plans, timelines, and any relevant documentation in an organized manner.
- Ensuring that resources (such as files, materials, tools, human resources, etc.) are available when needed.
4. Quality Control & Issue Reporting
- Helping monitor and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identifying potential issues and reporting for timely decisions.
- Graduated/final year university student majoring in Economics, English Language, IT, Information Systems, or related majors;
- Fluent English, 4 skills in English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS or 850 TOEIC, having a certificate is preferred;
- Good communication skill;
- Organizational skills, work organization;
- Be able to work full-time;
- Personal laptop is required;
- 12-month commitment as an official staff after internship;
