– Support Business Development & Marketing team to issue promotions programs (vouchers, product promotions, add-on deals, bundle deals, free shipping…) on requests.
– Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
– Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
– Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
– Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.
– Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/rebate-related issues and improve the voucher process.
– Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user’s experience.
– Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
– Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
– Willingness to work in shifts.
– Nimble, careful, and enjoy working on details.
– Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
– Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
– Command of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
– Have a service mindset.
