JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage and Update product information of categories (60%)

•  
  • Create Internal Category Library for system record
  • Characterize unknown products in the category
  • Update keywords of current model/product in the system

2. Validate data to ensure the accuracy & timeline (30%)

•  
  • Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in data processing, data input validation
  • Ensure the output of data accurate & rational
  • Point out the issue & collaborate with Technical team to solve it

3. Smoothen data setup workflow, ensure project set up in expected timing (10%)

•  
  • Implement & monitor workflow as well as process of new category data setup to ensure that reaches the need of timing
  • Support Research team to improvise in-time solution to clients, which is related to data sufficiency & accuracy
  • Work closely with Technical Team to ensure data updated precisely & timely

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Education

•  
  • College or Bachelor degree in any majors, business & data related is plus

2. Knowledge

•  
  • Understanding about FMCG, Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
  • Experience in Retail-Market Research is an advantage

3. Skill

•  
  • Mastered Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
  • Logical Thinking - Have good logical skills and can deal with numbers
  • Communication - ability to communicate effectively both in written or verbally
  • Be organized and detailed oriented

4.  Experience

• Fresh or at least 01 year of data operation or relevant working experiences
