• Answer hotline calls and forward to relevant departments
• Responsible for responding to customer through channels: email, inbox, pancake ...
• Check and search for information related to ELSA Speak product to answer customer's questions and help them solve problems
• Support other tasks requested by supervisors and managers.

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from Business administration, Economic,... or related fields
• Be hardworking, cautious and detail oriented.
• Be able to use Microsoft Offices proficiently, especially Excel skill. 
• Having a professional, serious, cooperative, responsible style of work.
• Be able to work full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week)
• Working hours: 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday.
