Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product, or a service using scripts.
• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed, and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
• Filing & documentation.
• Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor degree or above in any field.
• English fluency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hardworking, careful & be an active learner.
• Good communication & time management skills.
